Friday Phone Call
Friday, October 6th, 2017
Hi, this is Jeff James, Principal at Soledad High School with your Friday Phone Call for the week
of October 6th . October is national anti-bullying month. This week our students participated in classes where we read and talked about the difference between rude, mean, and bullying behavior. Students also had the opportunity to participate in a Drops of Kindness lunchtime activity in which they were able to share a kind word with the Soledad High School community. Parents, I ask that you continue this conversation at home about being aware of how our individual actions can lead to either positive or negative encounters with others. The First Quarter of school is coming to a close. Parents, please log into to the Aeries Parent Portal to check on your child’s grades and attendance. If you are having difficult logging into the Parent Portal, please contact the Soledad High School Office for assistance. Athletics for the week: Next Tuesday, October 10th the Lady Aztecs Volleyball team will be hosting Carmel from 5:00 until 9:00 in the gym. I hope you can come out and support our student athletes! If there is anything that we can do to assist you, please feel free to give us a call at 678-6400. Thank you, and have a wonderful weekend.
